Runner-up for the Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Award, Eve Marie Power is a writer based in Dublin. She holds an Honours BA in History & Early Irish Studies and a HDip in Creative Writing for Publication, both from NUI Maynooth. Her short fiction has appeared in Southword: New International Writing and The Incubator Journal. She is a recipient of an Arts Council of Ireland bursary and Tyrone Guthrie Centre residency, and a Words Ireland mentee. She was the first in her family to complete secondary school.
She is currently completing The Solitude of His Table, a novel set in contemporary Dublin.
